How it works

It's simple. You browse our collection of icons and choose the ones you need. Unfortunately the fee we pay for each transaction is fixed and that's why we can't sell one icon or two. The minimal amount is 3 icons.
After you checkout, you'll receive the link to the archive file containing the selected icons in the formats and sizes specified below.
Our store keeps the history of your purchases so you'll be able to re-download the purchased icons any time.

About our icons

Icons are available in different sizes and formats. The maximum size is 256x256, making them
Windows Vista-ready. Here's an example of icon sizes:

The watermark lines you see on icon preview are just a protection against unlicensed use.
The watermark protection won't be present in the purchased icons.

The icon formats are PNG, BMP, PSD, GIF, ICO XP, ICO VISTA.

ICO XP* - one .ico file contains all indicated sizes in 16M and 256 colors
ICO VISTA* - one .ico file contains all indicated sizes in 16M and 256 colors
Icons in Media Players category are also provided in three states: normal, hover (highlighted) and pressed. For example:

About icon names

We named each icon. This one for example is called "Tune".
However these names are included just for reference. You can use this icon for the "Optimize", "Fast Repair", or any other function that relates to this image.

How to find icons

There are several ways. The simplest way is to browse all icons, selecting the ones that you want, or you can browse by category. For example, if you searching icons for your new security-related software, you'll find them in Security/Privacy category. Sometimes it's easier to find icons by tags. Let's say you are searching for status icons. Click on the Status tag and you'll see all the icons with that label. We also have Icon Finder, which lets you search for a list of icons all at once.

About categories

	Basic - icons used in the majority of applications.
	More Basic - other frequently used icons.
	Security/Privacy - icons used in security, privacy, optimization applications and system utilities.
	CD / DVD - icons used in CD/DVD writing.
	Messaging - icons used in IM and Voice Chat clients.
	Data - icons used in database apps.
	Internet - icons used in web-sites, browsers, downloaders, ftp, file-sharing etc applications.
	Email - icons used in e-mail clients.
	Media Players - icons used in audio/video players.
	Mobile - icons frequently used in mobile interfaces.

What if I can't find some icons I need

Well, in this case you can try the same search a few days later or even send us a suggestion. We keep track of searches and icon suggestions and will update our collection with the icons most requested. You can also order custom icons.

Some tips

Try to use bigger icons when possible. If you choosing between 16x16 or 24x24 go for 24x24. 32x32 or 48x48? Go for 48x48. Why? Just that bigger icons look better and are easier to recognize should be enough. See for yourself.

Aim for simpler icons when possible. Let's say your app is a download manager and every icon is related to Download function. Then for Add Download icon use just the Add icon. Which one is more recognizable?

We work with share-it! – a well-known e-commerce provider. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Solo, and Switch/Maestro (only if issued in UK).
